Saltfleetby is one of the Lincolnshire Marsh villages, lying 8 miles east of Louth on the B1200, and stretches for nearly 4 miles from the West to the East ends of the village. It's approximately 2 miles wide and consists of the three old parishes of Saltfleetby St. Peter, All Saints and St Clement.
